Aberdeen Asset Management is a leading real estate investment manager*. With over 260 investment professionals in 13 countries around the world, we manage US$33.9 billion of real estate assets across Europe, Asia and North America**.

Our clients consist principally of institutional investors such as public and private pension plans, life insurers, and other accredited investors. They typically gain exposure to domestic and international real estate markets through direct and multi-manager investment solutions.

Structured as commingled vehicles or segregated mandates, our strategies offer investors a variety of target returns and risk profiles. Within direct real estate, our portfolios follow core to value-add strategies while multi-manager real estate portfolios focus on core to opportunistic strategies.

Bespoke investments can also be managed on a club or joint venture basis. In all cases, our portfolios are supported by a rigorous investment process, proprietary research and experienced local management teams.
