Education and Experience

Suhaila Suboh is a fixed income strategist in the Asian fixed income team. She joined Aberdeen in July 2011. Previously, Suhaila worked for 4 years in research and advisory roles within the Strategy and Research Department and the Investment Management Supervision Department at the Securities Commission of Malaysia. Prior to that, Suhaila was an economist for 3 years covering developed and South-East economies at the Central Bank of Malaysia. She was also an investment banking analyst with the mergers and acquisitions group at Rothschild Inc. in New York City.

Suhaila holds a BSBA in finance and economics from Georgetown University (USA) and an MBA from the Warwick Business School (UK).

She is a CFA Charterholder.
